We request that in addition to choosing your size in whatever item(s) you order, that you also provide us with your most accurate measurements so that we can also determine your proper size using the size charts provided by the designer. Please take note that the size you may wear in a gown is oftentimes a larger size than you wear in other clothing.
At checkout please be aware you will be asked to provide your measurements so that we may use the designer specific size charts to best determine your size.
We also request that you provide us with an accurate wear date, so that we can ensure that you will have the gown in your possession by the date of your event. Please understand that circumstances may arise where we must special order a gown to suit your order. In these cases, it may take as long as twelve weeks for us to obtain the gown you have chosen.
You may be contacted within 72 hours by a representative from Formals XO to discuss the time frame of your order and the availability of the product chosen.
If we cannot acquire the gown of your choice by the time of your wear date, your payment may be refunded or transferred to another gown of your choice as soon as possible.
